Availability
LSC Consulting is a part-time role for me, so my availability is limited to mornings, evenings, and weekends. I appreciate your understanding as I work to accommodate as many people as possible within my available schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand and a schedule that often books several weeks in advance, I must be diligent about managing my time. If you are unable to attend our scheduled session or need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee equal to 25% of the session cost will apply. This ensures I can accommodate all clients effectively and maintain a high quality of service.
Meeting Prep
To make the most of our 30-minute session, I recommend the following preparation steps:
​Identify Key Concerns or Questions - Jot down specific cybersecurity issues or areas you’d like to focus on during the session.​
Review Your Current Cybersecurity Setup - Take a moment to review your existing security measures (e.g., antivirus software, firewall settings, etc.) so we can address any gaps or improvements.​
Collect Relevant Documents or Info - Have any relevant information handy, such as important documentation, reports of past security incidents, or any policies you currently follow.​
Think About Future Goals - Consider any long-term cybersecurity goals you have, so I can provide tailored advice that helps you achieve those goals.​
Ensure a Stable Internet Connection - so a majority of my sessions are virtual, a stable connection ensures we can make the most of our time together without disruptions.
